“The Hem of His Garment “ is a new book being released August 1st written by Dr. Michelle Bengtson. I’ve had the honor of being on the book launch team which enabled me to receive a digital copy of the book before it’s release. This way I could help promote it with an honest review… Continue reading The Hem of His Garment Review

Prepared To Refresh
Prayers of Praise Swish! Another text message. Beep! Another post. The alarm ringing, a reminder of a blog to write, a call to make, a prayer to pray. Busy busy busy, day in and day out. And these are just the extra stuff. There's laundry, dishes, homework & yard work to be done. Household chores,… Continue reading Prepared To Refresh
Prepared To Go
Prayer of Obedience The stories of people being saved in Romania were amazing. I was drawn to the missionary’s every word. Until he said, “Will you go?”. Lump! Then… lump again filled my throat. I felt the nudge. You know, that feeling you can’t get away from. I knew God was speaking to my heart.… Continue reading Prepared To Go
Prepared To Receive
The Lord waits for us. The door flung open suddenly. A student ran in and shouted, "Turn on the TV, hurry. Something bad has happened in New York." Without hesitation I grabbed the remote and pushed the on button. My mouth dropped open, my eyes stunned at what I was seeing. Every student stood still… Continue reading Prepared To Receive
Prepared To Wait
Prayer of trust I'm so tired of waiting. I just don't believe it's going to happen. I think it's time to just do it myself. I can't take this, it seems like nothing is ever going to change. I've tried and tried and it just isn't working. I'm afraid they will never understand. I wish… Continue reading Prepared To Wait

Prepared For Rest
Prayer of Belief Day in and day out she lays motionless, unable to move any part of her body, except her head. When she is cold she cannot grab a blanket to cuddle in it. When her nose itches, she cannot reach up and scratch it. When she is thirsty, she cannot slip into the… Continue reading Prepared For Rest
Prepare Your Mind
Sometimes when I look at my life I wonder if I have really accomplished much. I graduated from high school but with so little educational understanding. I felt like a functional illiterate. Didn't read well and my spelling was horrific. When I went to church I was afraid someone would ask me to read out loud and if they did I'd make up some reason why I couldn't.
Prepared for Wisdom
Prayer for Understanding Last week we met Diana, as she shared how she met Jesus. Today she shares what so many of us, as believers, face on our journey of life and faith. The struggle of understanding how to achieve and dream and set goals for our lives according to God's will. To have the… Continue reading Prepared for Wisdom
